Poor customer service

Signed a contract with Fido back in Nov at a store. I found a discrepancy in my bill so got in contact with the store in early January. No follow ups by the store. I always had to call Fido to see the status of the issue. They keep on telling us to wait. Now it's March with no answer. Been with Fido a really long time but don't know if I want to continue...

Sorry to hear you are having issues but without knowing any of the details it would be difficult to help except if you have already been in contact with customer service regarding the issue then it would be best to follow up with them directly.
