I have a minus bill.because I Paid 3 months bill and first month I paid activation fee .my third month will finish in 17 march.and now my 20 gig data is finished and I want to go to the bell.
it is (-57 cad).
how can I get this money ?
Is it possible for fido send me a check ?
How can I have this check ?

If you are planning to switch providers when you cancel the Fido line and if there is a negative amount Fido will send you are refunded by cheque after the final invoice has been produced it usually takes about 3 weeks before you receive it but sometimes can take up t 6 weeks. If you made the payment by credit card you can request the refund to be issued to the credit card but you need to make the request before the cheque has been issued.
If you plan on staying with Fido because the amount is small it's best to just leave it and it will apply to your next invoice.
