Poor Signal after a move. Does Fido offer signal boosters?

I recently moved to a new address and I have poor signal.

3 bars in 5% of home.

2 bars in 10% of home.

1 bar in 25% of home.

No service in 60% of home.

The two devices I have do not have wifi calling features.

What are the chances of Fido providing a signal booster/repeater either paid or unpaid?

Make it a priority to get a new phone with Wifi Calling. It will change your life! I currently use a iphone 5S that has this feature. It is not too expensive now with a Fido Agreement.

Another alternative is buy a new phone with all the newest bands. Fido may have excellent 2600Mhz coverage in your home but your phone don't have that band, causing you to revert to another band that has poor coverage.

In my home my phone 5S only gets 3G coverage, but my finacee has the newest iphone 6S and she gets LTE on the same house.

Hey @JoshJ  ,

Thanks for reaching out Very_Happy

We don't provide boosters/repeaters but you can definitely get one yourself. Just make sure it's compatible with the specs listed right here .

Thank you for the info. I saved that page so I can refer back to it while shopping for a booster that will work on the fido network.
