Hello, 

Customer service became very poor in the last years at Fido. I have been with Fido for almost 15 years and I called to modify my plan for something they offer to new customers (Bring your phone 20GB 39$/moth). I have my phone (completely paid) and asked to have this plan but they refused to provide it with ridiculous excuses. It doesn't make sense when they suppose to treat loyal customers better. I didn't ask for something extra but just something reasonable they are already offering. Their answer is this is only for new customers, Ok I will go today to Koodo shop and get this same plan. Bye bye Fido.

We'd hate to see you go! Offers do vary, but we always aim to offer great deals to both new and existing users and often have exclusive plans only available to loyal customers.
