Got my first bill today which is for 2 months and its missing auto payment discount for both when I signed up at the activation time. Contacted Fido Live chat today at 6:30 pm and as per rep discount was added but date was not updated in the account and he will add the code and manually adjust the difference. after more than 45 minutes he couldnt solve the issue and he said he will forward my chat to concerned chat in priority sequence. Time my chat forwarded to nect rep was at 7:21 pm and now its 8:12 pm and still I am not connected to the next agent. close to 2 hours and i am still on hold. Donot sign up with fido. i will be contacting ccts to file a complaint againt them as In my contract it was mentioned $5.00 discount for auto payment.
