I didn't know there was a penalty if I changed the plan. Please cancel the change today. 25GB 50/mo used before.

Welcome to the community!
When changing your plan online it does say what will be removed and you would need to confirm these changes, you would need to contact customer service directly and they would be able to better assist you.
You should note if the plan you had is not available anymore it is likely the changes can not be reversed.
