I called earlier in the month and the rep said they had changed my plan to the 45$ 5gig plan that was available and it was to be completed by the 22nd of July. When I logged in it did say "PLAN CHANGE PENDING" and confirmed by another rep. when I was looking at other plans available. I see this plan change has not gone thru, I dont like wasting my time continually, what now. Heres the message I got, I have a screen shot

sure PM me, I was digging deeper and the plan says its at 50$ currently, but the future bill seems correct at the new rate. If its just a glitch I'll ignore it, but its confusing. If thats the case can delete my question thx
