I waited an hour for technical support. Something is blocking and I cant get help on the chat line either (won't connect me with someone just continues to ask me bot questions) . I was told to wait the next day to upgrade my device by a tech support ...
I was told i could change my phonw today and I'm STILL seeing this blocking me... the plan has been changed as of today... Why is this still a problem?! I want to pick up this deal NOW!
