No more paper bills

and you are increasing the bills?
This is a little excessive even though it's only $5.
I've been a fido customer for years, i'm most likely going to start looking for another provider.
didn't know until i see the increased bill.
$5 don't sound a lot, but 10+% increase does.
i think this is the second time happening, i remember it was $40 and now it's $50.
what will stop them from increasing every year or less?
maybe it's the standard pratice in the industry
but if being 10+ yr customer means nothing
i will just switch to another provider when i see a good deal
Wow.... the rates are increasing again.....the second time within 3 years.
My bill was $40, and now it's $50, which is a 25% increase and I wish this would be happened to my wages as well.... WELL DONE FIDO!
BTW, it that really costy that sending us an email saying the plan rates are going up? At least I never miss an email that reminds me my bill is ready...

sent you a pm, i tried to even upgrade, and now that deal is gone in less than 24 hours. Defintely thinking of leaving fido now. This is getting ridiculous.
