I took $50 package on 22 August to I checked the bill and it was 179$ how come?
I don't have any idea about this
And I need to change the package and it says that primary account holder only can change. I'm the one brought the sim . Then who's the primary holder?

Welcome to the Fido community!
You need to look at your invoice details and it will tell you exactly what you were charged for.
To view/print your invoice details see here.
If you are the account holder and you are getting that message then it sounds like when you set up your online account you selected user instead of account holder you will need to register again and select account holder.
If you are not the account holder then you will need to get the account holder to do the plan change.
