Please note that new offers and promotions are usually for new activations not only new customers which means that, as an existing customer, you can benefit from them by activating an additional line. You may also want to check your Fido.ca for loyalty offers specifically targeted to your account. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to verify the best options available for you.

By the way we recently purchased a new iphone so we were in the store for quite a while. They had some difficulties setting it up. There was a technical glitch of some kind no fault of the store. What I will say is that the customer service representative Miranda was excellent. It was real pleasure dealing with her. I watched and spoke with a couple of other staff members and they are great group. That's one thing I like about dealing with Fido, you have some really nice people working there.

I'm thrilled to read that you were provide with excellent service in store. If possible, can you tell us which store this was please? We'll make sure that Miranda is recognized properly for this.

Hi Philippe sorry for mentioning competitors I didn't mean to violate the rules. I'm just not sure who to direct my concerns to. I tried phoning but couldn't get anyone to express my concern that preferential pricing compared to existing customers and not just a time limited inducement.  

Miranda is at the Yonge Sheppard location.  She deserves to be recognized for her service, Thanks
