Phone number change online

Is there a way to change my phone number online? If so can someone help me how? If not can I go in? I need to change it asap!

  Are you trying to change a number for a prepaid or postpaid account?

How do we check if it is postpaid or prepaid? the only thing i can see is " Fido Pulse BYOP plan" I pay 40+ tax every month.

I tried logging in via Google Chrome but i cannot login with Google Chrome. The login page doesn't load with Chrome.

Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of your browser or tried using a different one? Also, is your plan specific to the province that you're currently in?

Can you provide us with some more details? We'd love to help but we'd need at least the below information so we can guide you:

- What happens when you try to change number?

- Do you get an error message, if so what is it?

- Are you changing for a number in the same area?

thanks for your post. 

So I tried my changing my number through Fido.ca via different search engines I.e. Mozilla, Safari & Internet Explorer but when I got change number in Site Map it says Oh Oh! Some error occurred. Please try again later. 

I am looking forward to have Ontario’s number only it’s just I want to make the digits easy so it’s easy for me to recall.

I moved your post since we already had a similar post. If you want to change your number, you can go on Fido.ca > My account > Services > Mobile > * Select the number * > Change my number.

If the number change is done from the site, you won't be charged for it. Hope this helps!

@eqf3 To change your phone number , you will need to login to My account as the account holder then click on the number you want to change on the next page right beside your phone number you will see Change my number click on that and follow the instructions.
