Phone delivery delay

Hi, hope everyone is well.

i have ordered iphone 12 pro max silver 10 days a go, and I have received 2 confirmation emails with account change and the hardware update order.

I also spoke to one of representatives and she said I will get an email with tracking number in a week or two but I still haven't got any email about the order status or shipping information. 
My current phone has been working weirdly so I would appreciate if I could get any update about the estimated delivery time.😢

The iPhone 12 Pro max is currently back-ordered and delays can take up to 3 weeks to receive it.
