Hello,
I would like to understand what i need to do for a responsibility transfer because i want to keep my number for many reasons. My uncle is the holder of the account, but he keeps forgetting to pay the bills and never lets me know the important things that is happening with his account that also holds my number. Therefore, i wish to know what i need to know what i have to do to pay for the bills when he haven't payed it yet because it bothers other members of the family whenever the service is cut. Please email me as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Community!
You can pay your uncles account no problem. All you need is the account number. Here's a list of payment methods for you: http://bit.ly/7WaysToPay
As for transferring the account into your name, we would need your uncle to contact us to authorize the transfer. Once that's done, all we need is for you to contact us so we can set up the account in your name (a credit check is required)
