im very disapointed today!
Last thurday i called to upgrade my plan and get a new iphone 6 plus 16Gb
they gave a good offer since i have 200 fido dollars with price match with videotron( they have iphone 6 plus for 199$)
Offer expires yerterday. And Because i didnt get on hold of someone on the phone yesterday it was too long to wait....the chat is temporarly unvailable.....
, this morning i called to get the offer, a retention service rep told me its black friday offer and we cant honor the price match with videotron!,,,ANYMORE
What an answer!!
First it wasnt a black friday promo, im the ONE who called to upgrade and suggest the price match for videotron's phone
Second how come an offer could expire and how come u do not honor price match anymore! When i asked Alex, since when he said since 2 nd of october!,,,,
