I placed an order quite a while on fido.ca and so far has been a month and no information about the status of the order, just an email a couple of day after place the order and thats it (related to backorder 2 week, already have been 4 week).
Trying to reach fido via phone, chat or twitter is close to impossible, if there any way to know the status.
It is pretty dissapointed the current status of fido service.

I can assure you this is definitely not what Fido wants, given the current situation in the world with chip shortages and logistic delays in some cases getting stock is taking extremely longer than usual. Unfortunately, you will need to contact customer service and they will be able to tell you the current status.
