I was offered a phone exchange where I return my phone and they send me a new one. This is part of the 15 days satisfaction policy.
The problem is that I just realized that the phone I sent back via UPS is missing the SIM card tray.
I just found it laying around somewhere.
So should I ship the SIM card tray in a separate envelope or will Fido be able to source one themselves when they refurbish the unit or whatever they do with it?
I see they're available on eBay for just $2.
