Penalized for loyalty?

I've been mostly happy with Fido. I'd like to take advantage of the offers available through resellers (e.g. Wireless Wave) to new accounts. 

I'm talking about the 4/6/8 GB Talk,Text and data plans. 

Seems really silly that the only way to get this is to leave Fido. Anyone have ideas?
