Payment made but no activation

I have made a payment on my account and arranged a payment for the reminder but it’s been a few hours now and the LTE/3G sign hasn’t shown up. I’m able to send txt and makes calls with out wifi to a few ppl but others I’m not and my internet is not working. Idk what’s going on or what to do? I have tried restarting the phone several times.

It's possible that the data suspension wasn't lifted after the payment arrangement was taken.
