Hello,i just come back from fido store,i payed my 150$ and my phone is still not working,

Payments in a Fido store can take up to 1 full day before they are received in the system, this would be it's not reflecting on your account.

 

Since you made the payment, you can contact our credit operations team to advise them. You can dial *732 on your Fido phone to reach them, or chat with them here
