Win-back team screw up my payment, I was being charged at $45 per month instead of $35 as they promised. In addtion, they put two payments together, so my first month is charged at full price $70. my current payment is $117 instead of 35+35+tax. I called many times, none of any associates and managers are willing to credit me the different amount. I spent more than a week to fix the problem,but no one is willing to help me. I am so tired and disappointed about the experience amd service. Why should the customer pay extra for something they shouldn't.
