Hi,
I left Canada 1 year ago and cancelled my Fido plan about 4 months ago. They sent my $288 bill to NCRi, which I'm willing to pay to get it off my chest. But people say that NCRI won't budge after getting your money so I'm wonder if there's anyway that I can pay Fido and not the NCRI. Does paying directly from the Fido your account page settle this problem and clear off the bill?

If you still see the balance showing up on your Fido online account, paying directly there will be the way to go!
However, if you see the balance at $0, you'd truly need to go through the collections agency in order for your payment to go through correctly.
