Paying bill online

Can't pay my bill on time on line. This is the third time in three months. I enter my card number and info and it does not allow me to pick which type of card it is (visa, MasterCard) now my payment is late and will affect my credit score

Hey Craig1, you shouldn't have to select the type of card. When you've entered the number, press tab and it'll automatically highlight one of the cards.
