Pay bills using Fido gift card

Hi,

I want to know how to pay my fido bill using Fido gift card.

I checked the available Fido online bill payment methods, there is no option using the gift card. I also checked with the in-store staff and I was told that I cannot pay bills in any retail level stores. Yet, the gift card FAQs website clearly states that I can pay bills using the Fido gift card. The question is now, how?

Yes. You can use your gift card to pay your bill or make a partial payment."

@yzho82 , I would recommend calling *611 for fido support and ask them to help you use the gift card to pay for your bill. I can't find any other way for you to be able to redeem it. Sorry I wasn't much help.

Hi @yzho82 , from what I have read, you would need to go to a Fido store or kiosk to pay your bill using your gift card. I haven't found any other information that differs on this.

Hi @Original_Lucy , I checked with the staff in Fido store (in a mall) and they said that I cannot pay bills in Fido store (kiosk or Fido stores, like the ones in mall) no matter what. So, even paying bill using a credit card is not feasible in a Fido store...That's what I am told
