I have found an internet account on my account page when I got new Fido Mobility . The internet account is not mine. I have not used any Fido internet services. The address also does not match mine. It is quite disturbing. What Should I do. Kindly advise me.

Good morning @Muhammad6 , if you have an email address that is not yours I would suggest giving Fido support a call. You can reach them by calling *611 from your device and letting them know your concerns. You can also reach them by messaging them on social media through Facebook and Twitter. I can understand your concern with an email address connected to your account that isn't yours.
