PHONE SHIPPING TO WRONG ADDRESS

Hi!

I ordered a phone last October 16 online via live chat. I clearly told the agent that I had changed my address before confirming my order. and she told me afterwards that she already change it for me. But, now I received my tracking number and when i tracked my phone it is being shipped to my old address. What should I do?.
