Hey, i've been a fido customer for almost two years ago, due to the pandemic i was unable to pay my phone bill for a couple of months, causing fido to turn off my service & still up charge me late fees & interest. I finally paid a settled amount although when i paid it still showed that my phone plan is still canceled. THEY STILL CHARGE ME & SEND ME NEW BILLS EVERY MONTH. i can't activate my phone again but i'm still being charged even after paying..
