Why is fido charging me over $60 for my services and the same plan is only $37.50 on your website?


Hi there @Daby , the plans are always changing and if you qualify to change your plan, you can do so online at or in the fido app. I need to mention that if you have a subsidized device and are still under contract then you must fulfill your contract to be able to change the plan. If you have a financed device, it is charged separately from your plan so you may be able to update your plan and keep paying down your device.
