I was out of the country in December and used roaming for 3 days. An extra $45 was on my January bill. I paid it happily. I get an email saying my February bill is ready and behold another charge of $45 for roaming fees were on it. I never went anywhere in January and I surely had no reason to roam. These charges were a repeat and shouldn't have been on my bill. I went into a Fido store AND tried calling 611 and have gotten nowhere to remove this charge off my current bill. How do I get in contact with a person, not a robot, to get these charges removed?
