Overcharged?

Hey fido, I recently got ownership of my fido account, but before that I paid I manually and added my card to pay each time, and I was overcharged $87. But since it wasn't my account at the time (it now is) how do I claim it? I got an message from 732973. Is this legit? Please help me solve this. This isn't a scam if I click the link and add my information right?

We do not communicate your account's financial informations through text messages. The text you have received is definitely a scam text. You can forward its content to us on 7726 (SPAM) and we'll take care of it. Do not share any personal information via the links.

 

As for you question, if you made payments while the number was active under a different account holder and want a refund of any kind, you will have to discuss that with the previous owner. If you have any billing questions, you can certainly contact us our customer care channels.
