Overcharged!!!

I downgrade my plan last April 2018 and signed up for $70/month. I payed the remaining device balance for my phone last May 4th 2018. I got a  email now from FIDO for my bill to pay next month June5th and as I upon checking it, i noticed that I have extra charge of $4.95? Due to a late payment charges? I paid my last bill full payment on my Visa and paid it early. So I don’t understand why I am getting that $4.95 when I know that I payed my last bill full payment amount???

When was the payment due? And when did you make your payment?
