Billing on Temporary Suspension

Hi!

 

I'm on abroad now

So I put my plan in temporary suspension for 4 months and it's been stared from March 6

But I've been billed not only regular plan charge but  also temporary suspension charge

Should I pay regular plan charge also?

Anybody let me know about that charge?

That's odd! You should only see the $7 fee for the temporary suspension. 

 

Was it applied for the beginning of your billing cycle? Is the 6th your billing cycle date?

 

Have any adjustments for your plan fees been applied to your account since your bill was released? 

 

Let us know and we'll take it from there!

Actually, my billing cycle date is 4th.

 

But I asked them for my account at March 5th and I think it started at 6th.

 

Is it my fault?

 

 

 

My plan is specified with Fido Pulse 10GB - BYOP and 'Your Extras' Temporary Suspension - 4Mth.

 

So my billing balance is $91.32 what are $75.04 for this month charge and $15.96 for Balance brought forward.

 

Can you check this problem?

 

If you want I can show you my bill.

Thanks for the clarification.

 

The Temporary Suspension can only be added on the last day of the current cycle, therefore it could've impacted your billing.
