Overcharge and no customer service

I had a surprise on my bill with an overcharge, so I decided to call customer service at 20h30, I spoke to an agent and she put me on hold to "see what she can do" . It is know 21:40 and I'm positive that I'm on hold when the agent left home and forgot about me.
