Overage minutes help

Cuz I can't find any answers to my questions in the forums I keep getting error messages and I really can't afford to pay $10 every month to try and get answers to questions that should be publicly available I need to know what are my minutes overage fee and charges they should be posted on my account so that I'm aware and knowledgeable of the charges rather than being charged $10 to find out that information

Hi @Ari1111,

The overage rate for the minutes can vary from one plan to another (grandfathered plans vs new ones). You can find your rate on your monthly bill (it would show if you went over the minutes).
