Did you request a refund? Generally, if you overpay a bill, the excess amount would remain in your account and be used towards your next bill. However, if you did request the refund, the excess amount would be mailed to your address they have on file.

Have you checked your account balance in My Account on Fido.ca or in the My Account app? Do you have a negative balance on your account?
If you have made an over-payment on your account it will show up as a negative balance on your account and will be deducted from your next bill.
