Over-payment refund

I took a $50 plan but had paid $90 in the first month.I was told that i will get a refund of $40.So how and when will i get it.

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Did you request a refund? Generally, if you overpay a bill, the excess amount would remain in your account and be used towards your next bill. However, if you did request the refund, the excess amount would be mailed to your address they have on file.

Hey,thankyou for the reply. I had already paid the mobth for second month as well but have no clue about the refund. If you know how to request for the refund,kindly let me know.

Have you checked your account balance in My Account on Fido.ca or in the My Account app? Do you have a negative balance on your account?

 

If you have made an over-payment on your account it will show up as a negative balance on your account and will be deducted from your next bill.
