Opening a second line to get 2GB of data and 5 CAD discount

I have seen the following message on my account: Add a line and get a $5/month discount for 24 months AND a 2GB data bonus!

I want to ask. My wife and some friends currently have a chatr line. If I refer to them and they convert their chatr line to a fido line. Would it count to receive 24 months and 2GB data bonus on my 45 CAD+tax plan?

Alternatively. If I open a second line under my name and give it to my wife and at the same time this constitues a line moving from chatr into fido. Do I get the combined offers of moving from chatr to fido + 24 months discount and 2GB bonus?

We do have a 2GB bonus offer avaialble when you add a new line. The bonus would be applied on the new line added to your account.

This bonus applies on lines migrated from chatr as well.
