Ongoing unresolved issues

Is there anyway to talk with someone above customer service. I have a serious ongoing unresolved issue and I have spent hours dealing with different customer service people who have told different information yet nothing has come closer to a resolution and it's costing me dearly. I hate to join a community to dump but I don't know what else to do.


Hello @Randrew123 , sorry to hear your having service issues. Did you try contacting fidosolutions on Twitter?  That's my go to as I don't have to be tied to my device waiting for solutions. I make contact via dm and answer a few security questions and then discuss with an agent through dm on Twitter. That may be a better option for you
