Our first suggestiong would be to head to Fido.ca and to report that your device is lost/stolen. This can be done by selecting your Fido number and scrolling to the bottom of the page, you'll find the quick link Report Lost/Stolen Phone.

 

This will ensure that the necessary restrictions are added on your line until a solution is found, and the service can be resumed at your convenience. I'll be sending a PM you way so we can have a closer look at this together, and we'll go over the options together.
