Office of th president are ignoring my request

The ofgice of the president advisor promised to help you with you issues now thry ignoring all you communicative  methods of reaching out can someone help me here plz

I'm in the same situation.  All we can do post it everyday, everywhere Facebook, Twitter. Otherwise they do not care. Then go to ccts and bbb.
