Throughout my 15+ years with Fido, I have went through many ups and downs with this company. It has come to the point where I am seriously thinking of switching phone companies because of the lack of respect and courtesy towards long-term and loyal Fido customers.
I keep receiving different information from different agents and no proper help was offered in regards to upgrading and changing phone plans.
Does anybody have the e-mail to the Office of the President/Customer Relations? If they are unable to provide a remedy to this situation, I will consider going elsewhere. Sad, because for the most part, Fido was usually good.
