Yesterday after dealing with customer support for close to 4 hours. I was eventually offered the deal for 30gb/$34. The lady was having trouble changing my plan and told me she'd call back in a half hour and the plan would be sent to my email. I never received either. I call back today and nothing has changed on my plan. If this doesn't get fixed I'm canceling my account and never coming back. Never had such a terrible customer service.

I fixed this issue by moving to Koodo. Be sure to do it when your account is not in credit with Fido though. I have been waiting months for my Cheques to be delivered.
