Still have not received my cheque

I am only here because I have tired to get Customer Service to help with this on 3 seperate occasions and feel like everyone else should be aware of the turmoil they will endure when trying to close an account that is in credit. My closed account has -85.92 coming up on 3 months now. When do you think I can get MY money back Fido? An absolute mess of a company in my opinion.

I'm sad to read about your experience. I totally understand your frsutration there!

 

Under normal circumstances, a cheque would have been issued to your billing address for the negative balance on your account. As this appears this did not happen in your case, I suggest you contact us here for assistance. You can choose to escalate the matter there if this doesn't get resolved to your satisfaction.
