Hi 

I have a concern I have moved out of fido on 21 Jan and got a call back from win back team and I accepted the dark on 23 Jan and they didn't process it correctly after many phone calls and messages I got call back from fido win back team on 16 feb and got the phone today 18 th feb. but while calling to the customer care before getting the phone they will compensate for the delay 

mans today I called them and asked for some bonus data as compensation for the delay that happened because of fido didn't processed the transaction in correct way but now they are not agreeing for that

such a disappointment for my patience
