Did you mean:

OH-OH! It seems your old SIM card number is not valid

I have been trying for 2 days to activate the new SIM card that, the guy at Best Buy was nice enough to not do (but said he did before we left the store).

I keep getting the same error message: OH-OH! It seems your old SIM card number is not valid.

Judging by the previous posts, it seems this is an ongoing issue that does not yet have a proper online fix?

Can someone PLEASE help me resolve this issue. I'm already frustrated beyond belief.

yes you are correct, this issue is still ongoing from what we gather.

you need to:

A ) call in and swap your sim over the phone or

B ) Private Message a Fido Agent on here and let them do it for you online

C ) do it via online chat on the fido.ca home page

Hey @Crosa

Did you get the new SIM activated?
