How many phone lines can you have on fido?

The number of lines you can open does depend on quite a few factors.
For new customers activating an account, an external credit check is done. The number of subscribers we can add to the account depends on the results of the credit evaluation from the credit bureau.
In your case though, as you're an existing customer, then the credit evaluation is internal. The number of lines you can add depends on factors such as payment history and account balance.
In order to see the exact number for your account, a rep must perform this evaluation. You can contact us to have that done or just let us know and we'll send you a message here on the Community to get it done!
