Hi @moontune , have you tried reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook to discuss getting your services reset? The reason I suggest using Twitter is that you can request assistance for your issue and then communicate by direct messaging with a customer service representative. You could try removing your sim card, restarting your device and then reinsert your sim and restart again to see if it re-registers your device on the network.
