1. Are you able to use all your other services aside from receiving SMS/MMS?
2. What device/model are you using?
3. Are you using the native messaging app for SMS/MMS or a third party application?

2. Are you in Canada at the moment?
3. Did you test if the issue is with everyone or only specific numbers?
4. Are the senders using iMessage or regular text messages?
