Not receiving international SMS

actually someone sent international sms for me from the other country but i cant get it!!

i don’t know why?!? 

Please help me

I have the same issues. I cannot receive SMS from Hong Kong and China.

We will need to ask you a few questions in order to better troubleshoot this together:

1. Are you able to use all your other services aside from receiving SMS/MMS?

2. What device/model are you using?

3. Are you using the native messaging app for SMS/MMS or a third party application?

1. Are you able to send SMS? 

2. Are you in Canada at the moment?

3. Did you test if the issue is with everyone or only specific numbers?

4. Are the senders using iMessage or regular text messages?

2. It's coming from which country exactly?
3. Are they receiving your text messages?
