I bought my second phone through fido and at the time of set-up the agent made a mistake that I was not aware of. When I tried to contact using online chat, the agent named Harmanbir from Prince Edward Island was very rude with comments questioning me rather than understanding a mistake done by another agent. Trying tactics, to make me feel like the package I have itself is a great deal and won't be able to help and wasted my 3 hours. When I asked for a supervisor, said won't be able to do that; finally used the tactics he will get back and confirmed that. After that, I haven't heard from you till now.

I already have wasted 9 hours of my life talking to various agents over the phone and through chat services. So I am planning to receive the phone and send it back. Then switch carriers; anything but fido. The reason is I was made to purchase a phone with the wrong data package and the wrong phone cost per month by the agent or it was removed by an agent later from Prince Edward Island when I tried contacting later. I clearly don't know what's happening. Its unethical, unprofessional, and providing false information which is against the law.
Customer service includes the service of providing the things offered and a customer gave consent to. If a mistake is made, own up and provide the same deal or a better one. They don't have solutions and giving the attitude like take it or leave it. That is just wrong. I have been with fido for 3 years, it is sad only.
